So that we may cover as much ground as possible I ask that you withhold any other questions until we have concluded the top 10. I will let you know when the chat is wide open.

@ stefs – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:00 pm

Evening everyone

@ Sifion – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:00 pm

hello

@ eggtronics – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:00 pm

hello

@ Amor Vincit Omnia – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:00 pm

Hi, Chris

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:00 pm

Welcome Chris and Thanks for taking the time to be with us. Let’s get to it…

Smaller Watches and Straps

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:01 pm

One of the most frequent questions on the forum is…are there plans for smaller models such as the C61 (38mm)…

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:01 pm

or even a 36mm Unisex model(s). Such as a smaller C65?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:02 pm

Yes it is in our thinking for a number of reasons.

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:02 pm

Women are asking us for down sized models of our mens

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:02 pm

range…. The problem with this is currently

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:02 pm

our straps are of a standard size and don’t particularly lend themselves

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:03 pm

well to women’s wrists…. Although we have just finished

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:03 pm

an exercise of specifying what we need to do to offer both xs

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:03 pm

(for women) and xl …

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:03 pm

for larger men…… hopefully we can get this

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:04 pm

executed in the Spring of 2015….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:04 pm

Actually …

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:04 pm

why not let me know the forum spread of sizes

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:04 pm

for men and women… and we can that

@ eggtronics – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:04 pm

Good idea. 3 different strap lengths then perhaps?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:04 pm

compare the results to our research…which I will share…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:05 pm

The second reason for downsizing is that

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:05 pm

we are gaining traction in the Far east

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:05 pm

and wrist measurements are smaller across that region…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:06 pm

The third reason is that the sweet spot

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:06 pm

for size is around 40mm…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:06 pm

some of our designs like the Harrison are

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:06 pm

as you know 43mm…. so where better to start than in the Harrison collection…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:07 pm

as you know the c61 has been a great success

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:07 pm

Some models can’t be downsized…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:07 pm

the big day date for instance falls off the dial…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:07 pm

fras can you demonstrate

@ lankyfreak – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:07 pm

bdd-40mm

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:07 pm

and the World timer becomes a mess

@ lankyfreak – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:08 pm

worldtimer-40mm

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:08 pm

However, I do believe the “in-house”

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:08 pm

movement AKA sh21 fits nicely into a 40mm case

@ lankyfreak – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:08 pm

sh21-40mm

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:08 pm

and already has a small second built in…

The New C1

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:09 pm

We are thinking hand wound/roman numerals /small second

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:09 pm

…. A bit like a russell J…

@ footycrazy – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:09 pm

get in AVO

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:09 pm

@ Amor Vincit Omnia – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:09 pm

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:09 pm

but not a russell…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:10 pm

fras show the newbies a Russell of old

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:10 pm

Related to that….will there be more variants of the C61 such as additional colors or even a GMT?

@ lankyfreak – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:10 pm

c1

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:10 pm

most likely kip…..but in 2015…other models would work also

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:11 pm

the jumping hour would be no prob as it is 2824 based…fras…anything

@ lankyfreak – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:11 pm

jumping-40mm

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:12 pm

Marvellous…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:12 pm

so yes there are plans… quite a lot

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:12 pm

your thoughts

The C9 Case

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:12 pm

Could you elaborate as to why such focus on the C9 case? It is clearly the most criticized case on the forum.

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:13 pm

ok c9 case

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:13 pm

It’s actually our biggest area of growth and takes

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:13 pm

the lion’s share of the dress range …..

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:13 pm

I see there are certain corners of the forum that

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:14 pm

don’t like the case….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:14 pm

And hopefully the 40mm version will appeal those going forward…..

@ mabotham – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:14 pm

its just too big

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:14 pm

I think legibility has also been raised …

@ golfjunky – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:14 pm

I really like my C9 GMT

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:14 pm

Yes it has

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:14 pm

but maybe this is more to do with the dial

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:15 pm

and hands than the case…

@ akirk – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:15 pm

angle of viewing through the crystal is a big issue

@ akirk – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:15 pm

and case depth

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:15 pm

Or maybe it’s the meniscus effect on the crystal

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:15 pm

fras show a c9 so we can all see it

@ lankyfreak – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:16 pm

c9-5day

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:16 pm

If it is the quality of manufacture of the case at question…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:16 pm

then I haven’t seen that being a problem…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:16 pm

I suspect it is more to do with size as just mentioned above

@ Amor Vincit Omnia – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:17 pm

Size & depth

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:17 pm

a I say maybe the 40mm version will help to address that

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:17 pm

I believe it is more the visibilty

@ mabotham – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:18 pm

so 40mm available when?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:18 pm

Ive seen the comments on that…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:18 pm

and take them on board…

@ stefs – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:18 pm

C11 crystal would help the c9s

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:18 pm

You have said that the next release of the SH21 will be a chronograph. Can you reveal any details such as case size, design or colors?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:18 pm

and we are beginning to investigate different bezel edges etc

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:19 pm

so that perhaps we can have a different curve on the crystal

@ mabotham – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:19 pm

or pics

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:19 pm

hand size we will also look at…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:19 pm

Fras c9 5 day auto for those unfamiliar

@ lankyfreak – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:19 pm

c9-5day2

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:20 pm

summer next year perhaps

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:20 pm

we need to be measured and not knee jerk…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:20 pm

I say this because we have had the most fruitful launch ever

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:20 pm

in terms of Journalistic coverage

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:20 pm

and pick up of any watch we have ever launched…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:21 pm

Probably a large part of it being down to

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:21 pm

the movement granted…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:21 pm

but the watch is selling well and is winning plaudits

@ golfjunky – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:21 pm

How many have you shifted?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:21 pm

from other British watchmakers / bloggers etc…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:22 pm

so we are not overly concerned

SH21 Chronograph

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:22 pm

You have said that the next release of the SH21 will be a chronograph. Can you reveal any details such as case size, design or colors?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:22 pm

but we are monitoring the noise and as always….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:22 pm

seek to improve where it makes sense…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:23 pm

next release

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:23 pm

I think I said the next movement in the series based on JJs baukasten philosophy

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:23 pm

(Fras – baukasten)

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:23 pm

… it Would be the chronograph….

@ lankyfreak – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:23 pm

definition of ‘baukasten’ – a modular method of construction, which is common in car-making

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:24 pm

And that is still the plan …

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:24 pm

If we exclude the sh21 hand wound I just dropped in above

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:24 pm

a chrono built onto sh21 would make it a sh31 or 41 or 21c …

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:25 pm

Or something not sh21

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:25 pm

anyway that’s for us to go figure… I digress…

@ mabotham – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:25 pm

any teasers?

Next SH21 Release

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:25 pm

Then the next release for sh21

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:25 pm

the auto movement would be ….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:25 pm

… A secret

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:25 pm

J but use your imagination ….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:26 pm

What watch is perhaps one of the most successful?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:26 pm

we have…and would be cool with chronometer status…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:26 pm

has a date / 2 hands and centre second….

@ Bahnstormer_vRS – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:26 pm

C60?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:26 pm

Incorrect the w90

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:27 pm

Only kidding… but this watch will be 2015 …

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:27 pm

unless of course you swoop in for a forum LE in the next few months

@ gaf1958 – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:27 pm

Cat among the pigeons!

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:27 pm

hmm?

Moonphase

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:28 pm

The last magazine also mentioned a moon phase. Any updates? Will it be based on the SH21 tractor?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:28 pm

Jorg just likes tractors

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:29 pm

moooon phase…. That old chestnut

@ Amor Vincit Omnia – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:29 pm

Suffolk boy!

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:29 pm

We did mention it…. It has been in and out, on and off the agenda for a while now

@ mabotham – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:29 pm

we saw the pics in march and they looked good

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:29 pm

The man form CW he say

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:29 pm

YES…. You can have it in AW 2015….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:30 pm

Based on a movement that you will know (not sh21)

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:30 pm

but it will have a further complication …

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:30 pm

… and will be the reason Johannes

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:30 pm

is rarely seen as he creates JJ04….

@ Amor Vincit Omnia – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:30 pm

Equation dial!!!

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:31 pm

Fras anything to show….but not for prying eyes from the competition out there

@ lankyfreak – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:31 pm

enjoy…

@ lankyfreak – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:31 pm

knew you would like it…it was worth the wait

C60/61 Bezel Mix and Match

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:33 pm

Have you, or would you consider a mix and match bezel/dial ordering option on the C60 and/or the C61?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:33 pm

I understand the request … and we will look at it

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:33 pm

Its one of those things that lends itself to an internet brand

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:33 pm

….just right now I doubt we could cope

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:33 pm

and it would be a distraction

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:34 pm

as we have a number of projects on the go that require real focus….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:34 pm

Its probably something that needs to be done in Switzerland rather

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:34 pm

than here… so there is a fair bit

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:34 pm

to think about both in terms of operations and systems……

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:35 pm

I can see us doing it …. But in a while….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:35 pm

make sense?

Plans

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:36 pm

Should we expect most new model introductions to be in the upper price ranges or do you have plans for some lower priced introductions in mechanical or quartz?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:36 pm

We certainly do have plans

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:36 pm

As you have seen recently we have extended the line of Malverns

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:36 pm

including quartz into more colours and introduced

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:37 pm

the slimline down at the lower end

of ours that want to enter the brand need lower price points….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:38 pm

And as collections grow affordability is ultra important

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:38 pm

You will see in the spring more

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:39 pm

models being introduced at lower prices that is for sure….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:39 pm

I’ve said this before…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:39 pm

because of our unique business model we can be

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:39 pm

a broad church….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:39 pm

And cater for many tastes and pockets….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:39 pm

We are not bound by the window space that goldsmiths can afford us ….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:40 pm

Nor do we say that we are low priced or high priced…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:40 pm

we sell luxury watches at prices that

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:40 pm

people can perhaps reach…..

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:40 pm

but at whatever level that is… the value should be second to none…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:40 pm

that was our aim in the beginning… it remains that way now…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:41 pm

a nice spread of price… but a lot of watch for the money compared to others

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:41 pm

and more at the lower end on the way soon

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:41 pm

Quality Control

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:41 pm

Long question…..

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:41 pm

Now that the merger is completed with SH, do you think you will have more control over quality both at the factory and pre dispatch in Maidenhead?

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:42 pm

(Related) What steps is CWL taking to prevent improve QC on marked watches being shipped, owner’s manual, as well as website errors? In particular, packaging issues, such as loose watches and ladies watches that don’t fit the pillows. There has been some reported damage because of these issues.

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:42 pm

big question…let me chop it up

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:43 pm

Merger – control … etc….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:43 pm

the relationship is for the benefit of both parties…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:43 pm

it always has been….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:43 pm

But there is a more vested interest in both parties businesses now…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:44 pm

the structure of the new organisation will naturally lead to

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:44 pm

greater involvement… both ways it must be said…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:44 pm

the great news now is that the watchmakers are directly connected to the customers…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:44 pm

you…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:44 pm

more than they have been before perhaps…so it should improve..

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:45 pm

i have to scroll up …i think the next bit was qc

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:45 pm

Our team is growing all the time….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:45 pm

And they are getting more experienced…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:45 pm

internal stats show our processes are improving…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:45 pm

however we all know …

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:46 pm

when things go wrong…they get shouted about the loudest…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:46 pm

and we are measured on how we react and deal with those issues…

Packaging

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:46 pm

so lets take packaging…I think that was mentioned

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:46 pm

to be honest I am not sure how big an issue it actually is …..

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:47 pm

one of the problems is I suppose we post our watches rather than

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:47 pm

handing them over the counter….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:47 pm

What I do know is that when we send out watches they are on the pillow…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:47 pm

if they arrive not on the pillow….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:47 pm

then either the delivery is too traumatic…

@ akirk – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:48 pm

Have you looked at packaging used for iphones and other luxury goods?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:48 pm

or we need to change the way we pack…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:48 pm

good shout a kirk… this is something I am willing to investigate and perhaps

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:48 pm

work with a small group of forum members to research

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:49 pm

and to see if we can come up with something that is workable

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:49 pm

and improves how we go about shipping…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:49 pm

a process review if you like… thoughts?

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:49 pm

Do you feel that any of these quality/problem issues prevent CWL from being looked at as a luxury quality brand?

@ Amor Vincit Omnia – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:49 pm

Pack top of box with bubble!

@ akirk – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:49 pm

it should be possible to find packaging which is cheaper / more secure / smarter

@ nathanclarinet – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:50 pm

Wera should hand deliver every watch

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:50 pm

Do we feel issues lower the way we are perceived… of course…

@ golfjunky – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:50 pm

Your buyer power should get you a good deal with a courier

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:50 pm

and we don’t like that….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:51 pm

if there is a problem… lets investigate it… any volunteers to help

@ akirk – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:51 pm

happy to

@ golfjunky – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:51 pm

I’m willing

@ Helix Von Smelix – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:51 pm

yup

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:51 pm

Okay ..last question before we open up for everyone….

@ lankyfreak – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:51 pm

wera?

Improvements – Lume, Crystal, Bracelet

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:51 pm

What details do you see being improved on new models (lume, crystal, bracelet)?

@ mabotham – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:52 pm

any previews of upcoming models like previous yrs?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:52 pm

come back to the new in a mo

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:52 pm

Lets take the lume….

@ Sifion – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:52 pm

anything i could help, i’m in.

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:52 pm

We have been investigating and we now

@ footycrazy – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:52 pm

Doesn’t Omega use cheap foam inside the outer boxes to keep the inner one protected, cheap as chips but does the job.

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:53 pm

have access to a higher grade of Lume in SuperLumoinvas cupboard…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:53 pm

as a running change all future production will incorporate SLN T-C1

@ TimR – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:53 pm

I have a Seiko Diver’s watch with lume far better than on the C60 and my C11

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:53 pm

or c3 or whatever colour

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:53 pm

Let Chris finish guys….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:53 pm

instead of SLN C1

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:54 pm

which has a much higher brightness and lasts much longer

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:54 pm

We will also make our indexes on the c60 and c61

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:54 pm

different in the future…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:54 pm

they will be deepfilled recesses instead of shallow…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:54 pm

which will also help

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:55 pm

On bracelets..

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:55 pm

we have or will be next week releasing

@ TimR – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:55 pm

I feel a diver’s watch should have lume (dot?) on the seconds hand?

@ TimR – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:55 pm

Omegas have blue lume for hour hand and green for the rest, which is cool

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:55 pm

a bracelet for the c9 range which is constructed to a much higher spec…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:55 pm

and we are still working on a better opening mechanism

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:56 pm

and micro adjustment system with Jorg…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:56 pm

much in the same way we did with the Bader deployment

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:56 pm

fras…

@ lankyfreak – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:56 pm

bracelet

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:56 pm

Crystals… as you know we have introduced AR08

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:56 pm

on a number of models but to be honest….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:57 pm

The quality of crystal I don’t think is an issue….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:57 pm

I think over time we have improved in a great deal of areas…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:57 pm

lets not forget we are only 10 years old

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:57 pm

We have only been in Switzerland 6-7 years

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:57 pm

and over that time we have been working hard

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:57 pm

(accelerated by the relationship with SH)

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:58 pm

to get our foot in the doors of better manufacturers …

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:58 pm

EMP in Tramelan for example…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:58 pm

that is truly happening for us now…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:58 pm

10yrs ago…who would have thought!..

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:59 pm

a programme of incremental change and improvement is on the agenda…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:59 pm

High on it too…..

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:59 pm

That’s my part…..Thanks Chris…anything you wish to reveal now during the open chat?

@ TimR – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:02 pm

Excellent! Any chance of an all-brushed C60 bracelet in future? (Submariner-style, not GMT-Master style?!)

@ wizziethewiz – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:03 pm

let me think…. email me I guess…will discuss tomorrow in office…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:03 pm

all brushed bracelet… note made…dont see why not.

@ Kyybeli – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:03 pm

Any chance to see white dial c60/c61 in the future?

@ TimR – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:03 pm

Thanks Chris!

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:03 pm

Count me in Wiz!

@ wizziethewiz – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:03 pm

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:03 pm

white dial c60… every chance… probably Spring

@ gwells – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:03 pm

do you have a timeframe on the updated diver clasp?

@ Kyybeli – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:04 pm

sounds good, thanks

@ benbjo – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:04 pm

Will jump hour mk3 come with gold bezel?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:04 pm

divers clasp…. sometime before aw15 is the target… but it has to be right

@ golfjunky – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:04 pm

HE VAL

@ golfjunky – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:04 pm

HE valve on a C60

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:05 pm

jh3…possibility but not in the first launch

@ TimR – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:05 pm

A C60 with all-brushed bracelet and stronger lume and I would have to buy one!

@ TimR – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:05 pm

HE valve would make the watch thicker?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:06 pm

he valve on the c60… its an idea we are playing with… nothing finalised yet though

@ golfjunky – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:06 pm

Ok with me

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:06 pm

Will there be more variants of the C61 such as additional colors or even a GMT?

@ ianblyth – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:06 pm

@TimR – C65 has all brushed bracelet and case is same as C60

@ Amor Vincit Omnia – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:06 pm

Any thoughts on a pocket watch, Chris? Has been mentioned on forum a few times

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:06 pm

the valve per se… doesn’t make it thicker… but

@ TimR – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:06 pm

300 metres already better than most!

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:06 pm

ooer.. but

@ Paul Drawmer – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:07 pm

Forum LE C61 with SH21 white face blue bezel blue lume possible?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:07 pm

He implies deeper… deeper in metres means thicker case (normally)

@ Bahnstormer_vRS – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:07 pm

Sorry gents but I need to say goodnight; many thanks Chris & Kip

@ golfjunky – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:07 pm

How about a 45.5mm C60 ?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:07 pm

Forum Le…. discuss…. anything is possible… question of cost and lead time

@ stefs – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:08 pm

Any preview pictures

Finance Options

@ nathanclarinet – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:08 pm

Dare I mention – finance options?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:08 pm

Cheers Bahns…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:08 pm

finance options

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:08 pm

we have investigated it

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:08 pm

the forum have discussed it

@ nathanclarinet – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:08 pm

too bloody right they have!

@ akirk – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:09 pm

and the Ward Sofa Store is opening soon…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:09 pm

and both parties seem to think … or did do …. that it would not enhance the positioning of the brand

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:09 pm

akirk just nailed it I think.

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:09 pm

when we did do a hand cranked version some time ago…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:09 pm

the uptake was very low

@ nathanclarinet – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:09 pm

Ok, thanks for the clarification

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:09 pm

very very low

@ akirk – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:09 pm

But… there is a difference in perception between 0% finance 9a la sofas) and credit finance ( a la car / camera / etc.)

@ wizziethewiz – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:09 pm

l.o.l thanks akirk  made my life a whole lot easier me thinks

@ Paul Drawmer – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:09 pm

You’d be into ‘regulated sales’ – minefield.

@ akirk – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:10 pm

Wera – you are famous for your sofa(s)

@ wizziethewiz – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:10 pm

I know, but those sofa’s store goodies

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:10 pm

Bluebird mechanical?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:10 pm

I think it’s one to revisit every now and then

@ Amor Vincit Omnia – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:10 pm

Worlds best sofa

@ golfjunky – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:10 pm

CW would an order tmrw for an SH21 if finance was available

Bluebird Mechanical

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:11 pm

bluebird mechanical….

@ welshlad – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:11 pm

Any pics of the new diver?

@ footycrazy – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:11 pm

Hi Chris, Wera Fras. Good move on the merger and the new sh21 mvmt. Do you have an idea of the mvmt depth when the bolt on chrono is added. the reason I ask is the C9 5 day is 13.45mm, no problem, but with a chrono added will it be in the region of 16mm or taller and at what sort of cost for a chrono.

@ nathanclarinet – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:11 pm

What other bits of old machines are you going to find to put in your watches

@ ianblyth – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:12 pm

@Golfjunky – there is always Wonga

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:12 pm

we have a design… we are just waiting to see how bluebirds plans unfold… formula e was to be a large part of their future… but p ” stuff” is hampering them

@ golfjunky – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:12 pm

What do you think about the new ‘ James Cameron’ sub, maybe a similar CW face option?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:12 pm

as soon as we know their position , we will make ours clear

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:13 pm

Do you look at the forum any differently now that you own it?

@ HarryH – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:13 pm

any pictures of the upcoming models?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:13 pm

re depth with a chrono…. it doesnt necessarily have to increase in the way you would expect

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:14 pm

we can also reduce the thickness of case backs and crystals….ie many ways to skin a cat… we are not overly concerned at this stage

@ GrimReaper – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:14 pm

Any word on ceramic bezels?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:14 pm

in fact not concerned at all

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:14 pm

we have ceramics in hand…. some time in 2015

@ blowfish89 – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:15 pm

packaging needs a facelift, esp for womens watches. the victoria i received was banged up inside the box bcoz the pillow was too big and the strap small, could not even fit in the last hole so the watch had to be open when shipping.

Women’s Watches

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:15 pm

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:15 pm

will be phased out

@ PowerMalc – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:15 pm

How many watches do you sell a year and what % increase do you plan year on year

@ stefs – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:15 pm

Good decision

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:16 pm

as described earlier the emphasis will be on accommodating for women

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:16 pm

through a range of straps that fit them.

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:16 pm

so if you want a current cw ladies watch you need to be quick… once they are gone.. they are really gone

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:17 pm

How are you doing Chris? I know it is getting late on your end.

Growth

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:17 pm

we have been growing at a rate of around 30-40 % every year and that is still continuing

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:17 pm

the most growth coming internationally

@ TimR – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:18 pm

impressive stats

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:18 pm

almost 50% of what we despatch is abroad now

@ mabotham – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:18 pm

any news on the charity auction ??

@ golfjunky – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:18 pm

How many sh21’s have you sold?

@ mabotham – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:18 pm

for serial #1 watches?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:18 pm

Mike was thinking about that on his hols… auction that is

@ Caller – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:18 pm

You mentioned Asia as a growth area, any specific Countries?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:18 pm

when hes back …i am sure he will have an idea or two

@ mabotham – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:18 pm

cheers

@ Jaeiger – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:18 pm

is the current SH21 going to be the baseline as far as price goes? are future SH21 models going to be starting at current prices and up depending on modules, etc.?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:19 pm

Hk , china and singapore…. korea does well too

@ Caller – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:19 pm

thx

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:19 pm

kip- still ok – no prob

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:20 pm

sh21 baseline

@ mabotham – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:20 pm

c70 jag being non cosc?

@ mabotham – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:20 pm

change of movement – did you want to keep the price ‘right’?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:20 pm

sh21 is a chronometer – cosc certified… all models (that have a second hand) will be cosc too.

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:21 pm

so the greater the complication – the higher the price

@ golfjunky – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:21 pm

Good move

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:21 pm

the hand wound… less complicated.- should in theory be lower…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:21 pm

not by miuch… and if nothing else is added… the it should be

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:22 pm

but £1500 FOR THAT WATCH IS THE BENCHMARK FOR SH21

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:22 pm

C70 JAG – NON COSC

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:22 pm

PART OF THE oops caps

@ Jaeiger – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:22 pm

thanks!

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:23 pm

promise to keep lower price points

@ mabotham – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:23 pm

lovely watch will sell easily

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:23 pm

and if it sells… we can always intro a cosc version later

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:23 pm

you will have seen that with brooklands/ dbr1 etc

@ akirk – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:23 pm

my C20 is more accurate than my C50 COSC – is there a big demand for COSC?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:23 pm

it is selling rather well :0

@ akirk – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:23 pm

good

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:24 pm

You are killing me here…

@ ddav – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:24 pm

What’s your opinion of the recent Bremont in house movement?

@ Amor Vincit Omnia – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:24 pm

40mm HW Small sec Roman – best news ever. Thank you Chris Wera Fras Kip & all – g’night!

Bremont Movement

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:24 pm

bremont in house

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:24 pm

I think Giles in a video apologised for being naive

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:25 pm

this should be fun….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:25 pm

in calling it in house

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:25 pm

for us in- house means made by us… which sh21 is

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:25 pm

financed by us

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:25 pm

designed by us

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:25 pm

assembled by us 100%

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:26 pm

I can sleep at night

@ mabotham – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:26 pm

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:26 pm

If in-house means something else…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:26 pm

I need to read up on it

@ Kyybeli – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:27 pm

hehe

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:27 pm

It may have been a genuine mistake on their part… Bremont make great watches

Forum Ownership

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:27 pm

Do you look at the forum any differently now that you own it?

@ mabotham – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:27 pm

if i pop in next week any chance of seeing any sh21 complications in the flesh?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:28 pm

forum… NO

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:28 pm

Future Developments

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:30 pm

Where do you see the overall watch market headed?

@ akirk – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:30 pm

not here you aren’t

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:30 pm

towards CW

@ footycrazy – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:30 pm

if you had 30 posts, you could post in the sales corner

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:30 pm

@ golfjunky – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:30 pm

Are there any watch based themes you don’t think you have covered that you would like to?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:31 pm

dont say skeleton….. it wont happen

@ ianblyth – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:31 pm

Good

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:31 pm

I think we are pretty much covered

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:31 pm

do you have any themes in mind

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:32 pm

…and dont say skeleton

@ golfjunky – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:32 pm

Ha I don’t but was just curious

@ Paul Drawmer – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:32 pm

Yachting – countdown?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:32 pm

oooh..yachting might be one

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:32 pm

I like skeletons but have said it won’t come from you…LoL

@ gwells – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:32 pm

so not skeleton?

@ nathanclarinet – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:32 pm

Squelette?

@ gwells – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:32 pm

and I love the yachting idea

@ footycrazy – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:32 pm

how about the sh21 with one barrel removed and fit in a micro-rotor for a slim auto

@ gwells – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:33 pm

i’ve been eyeballing a heuer vintage yacht timer recently

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:33 pm

I’m sure JJ could manage that

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:33 pm

we have sam breary on board now… pardon the pun

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:33 pm

One last (I hope) question Chris….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:33 pm

we shall start thinking yachting

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:34 pm

fire away

British Made Watch

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:34 pm

Many would like to know if you see a British made watch in your future?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:34 pm

oooh a biggy

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:35 pm

from cw you mean

@ welshlad – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:35 pm

Has Fras got any pictures left to share?

@ Deemac – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:35 pm

Think yachting named The SeaWard

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:35 pm

yes

@ ddav – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:35 pm

Will you/SH be supplying companies like Meistersinger etc in the future with movements and if so how can the price differential be explained

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:35 pm

the first question I ask myself s what is British made

@ akirk – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:36 pm

Designed and assembled, and 90%(?) of components made in the UK?

@ gwells – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:36 pm

at “sea ward”

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:36 pm

currently if you blow on the back of a watch in Southampton docks it becomes British made

@ Paul Drawmer – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:36 pm

hahaha

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:36 pm

this is not our idea of BM at all

@ gwells – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:36 pm

i think that came across a little dirtier than intended

@ akirk – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:36 pm

You can employ me to do that – some great sailing there…

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:37 pm

we believe like the Swiss that the movement at the very least should be BM

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:37 pm

and after that assembled and checked

@ golfjunky – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:37 pm

What’s on your wrist now?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:37 pm

in Britain

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:38 pm

some brands think otherwise

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:38 pm

I cant see

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:38 pm

us making a British made watch the way we would want it in my lifetime

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:39 pm

the infrastructure just isnt here….

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:39 pm

Roger Smith of course does it

@ Paul Drawmer – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:39 pm

Is there any marketing advantage in Made in Britain in an international market?

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:39 pm

but I assume you mean in an industrialised fashion

Thanks

@ Kip – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:40 pm

Thank you Chris for sharing this time with us.

@ akirk – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:41 pm

@ Christopher Ward – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:41 pm

answer is no … I cant se it… would love it to happen…. dont get me wrong… but I am a realist… not a wishful thinker … or the distorter of facts… nor do we wish to take advantage of very lax rules and con the public…. rant over

@ jmarchitect – Thu Aug 14, 2014 10:41 pm
